Preperation Time: 20 min.

Atta (wheat flour) - 3 cups

Water - as required to make the dough

Salt - to taste

Oil - 1 tsp

Preparation Method

Mix all the above ingredients and knead into a soft dough. I used 1 cup of water to make the dough.

Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Make small balls out of the dough and flatten and roll into 5 inch circles by dusting in flour on both sides.

Transfer it into a hot tawa and when it starts to bubble, apply a little bit of butter/ghee, gently press and turn it over and cook for few seconds on a low - medium flame.

Serve hot.
