Coriander - Mint Chutney  

Preperation Time: 5 min.

Cooking Time: 2 min.

Serves: 2 - 3


Coriander leaves - 1 cup

Mint leaves - 1/2 cup

Green chillies - 1 or 2

Ginger - a tiny piece

Lemon juice - 1 tsp, optional

Salt - to taste

Preparation Method

Remove the stems and wash the coriander and mint leaves.

In a blender grind the above all ingredients into a smooth paste  using a little water if required.

Add salt and mix well.

Keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
