Fried Brinjal / Eggplant

Ingredients
Brinjal (Eggplant) - 1 big, about 300gms (cut into thin round / oval shape)
Chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Preparation Method
Mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt with a little water to a paste.
Marinate brinjal pieces with this paste and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a flat frying pan and shallow fry the pieces on a low - medium flame until it turns brown on both sides.
Serve hot..
