Green Chaat Chutney

Coriander leaves - 1 cup

Mint leaves - 1/4 cup

Green chilli - 2

Sugar - 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Preparation Method

Clean coriander and mint leaves, remove the root part and wash it well.

Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, suagr and salt in a blender to a fine smooth paste adding a little water if required. Do not make it too watery.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Green chutney is ready to be served.
