Ingredients
Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2 tsp (chopped), optional
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt - to taste
Preparation Method
Finely chop the cucumber, tomato and onion.
Add these finely chopped vegetables to the yogurt / curd along with salt, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with
Pulav or
Biriyani.
