Cauliflower florets - 500 gms (cut into small pieces)

Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Green chilli - 4 (chopped)

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves - a few

Oil - 2 Tbsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Preparation Method

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.

Add onion, green chilli and sauté till onions turn light golden brown.

Add curry leaves, cauliflower, salt and mix well.

Add turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Cover it with a lid and cook on a low flame for about 5 - 7 minutes. (Stir occasionally to make sure that it doesn’t get burnt).

Remove the lid and sauté the mixture on a low - medium flame for another 2 - 3 minutes or until water gets evaporated (stir continuously).

Dish is ready to be served.
