Potato Roast

Preperation Time: 10 min.

Cooking Time: 15 min.

Serves: 2 - 3


Potato - 4 (cut into small pieces)

Shallots small - 12 or Onion - 1 big (finely chopped)

Red chilli flakes - 1 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp

Salt - to taste

Oil - 3 Tbsp

Preparation Method

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Add shallots and fry for till it turns light golden colour.

Add turmeric powder, chilli flakes and sauté for about 30 seconds.

Add potato, salt and mix well.

Fry on a low - medium flame with lid open until potatoes become crispy and well cooked. (Stir in between so that it won’t stick to the pan)

Serve with rice.
